The beginning of the book seemed something like reading a story. But as I delve into it, I became more open to the aspects of the writer on his Factors on success and Ways to succeed.
OUTLIERS (noun): Something that is situated away from or classed different from a main body.
The book consists mainly on "Factors or situations needed to be successful plays a major role in making you a Hero or a Business Tycoon."
The most pleasing part is that it is not just another corporate story to Tackle your way to Success... Not at all..It's more like the tale which would take you to the paddy farms in South of China to a Cockpit in an Airplane and may be you be sometimes you find yourself playing a Hockey Game with Canadians or Sitting next to Bill Gates coding the early computer at his school.
The Chapters though varying in story connects it's dots to the same point:
"What situations or people would play an important role in my success?"
It also tells you (Blooper upcoming)
OPPORTUNITY PLAYS A HUGE ROLE IN YOUR SUCCESS AND THE SAME CANNOT BE DOWNGRADED BY HARD WORK. & YOU CANNOT NEGLECT LEGACY.
Like I mentioned let me give you an idea of how varied the Stories are and your duty would be to read the book and find how success in any field coincides with what factors author thinks one need to Succeed;
I won't write the chapter names but tell you what the Story is regrading:

Chapter 2: The Window of Opportunity
Chapter 3: The Magic hours to Excel Anything.
Chapter 4: Detailed review on how low IQ plays a role in Success.
Chapter 5: and how IQ can be outnumbered by how your are being Developed (Can be considered a MUST for Parents to see how their role affects a child's growth)
Chapter 6: How much it affects the way you're being raised.
Chapter 7: The Major role of CULTURE in your Success
Chapter 8: A Chapter on How Crucial Communication can be of importance in your success
Chapter 9: How Hard work changes your output and your attitude towards solving problems.
Chapter 10: An education system to change life of many...
Chapter 11: How Progeny could be an opportunity.
So all in all its a great book to read. there are many points to which you would like to revisit, many stories you would like to re-read as Malcolm writes in a lucid manner.
Audience: Anyone who wants to find what factors could affect your success, Who want to grow a business or start one. Or Simply just to get Inspiration.
Rating: Must Read. (P.S. It is the book you need to have in your book shelf. :)
Language: Pretty Lucid and easy.
